Where are the Lofts located?
Our Lofts are located along historic Thames Street in downtown Newport. Addresses range from 194 Thames Street to 617 Thames Street. Enjoy fabulous dining, shopping, and attractions along the wharfs with easy access to many of Newport's wedding venues, like Castle Hill, Ocean Cliff, Rosecliff, the mansions and more.
What comes in a Loft?
The Newport Lofts' ample amenities (listed here) include kitchenware, cookware, linens, toiletries and more for crafting your perfect stay.
How many people can the Lofts sleep?
Our lofts feature 1, 2, 3 or 6 bedrooms, and can sleep up to 12! Our bedrooms are spacious and there is ample living space including kitchens, dining rooms, sitting areas and outdoor space.

Can I host my wedding at your property?
We have hosted several intimate weddings in the past. One was on the roof deck of 617 North with 10 people. Contact us to discuss options for your intimate wedding.
Can I host a group for a bachelor/bachelorette party?
Absolutely! We have hosted many bachelor and bachelorette parties (and birthday parties, reunions, baby showers, etc.).

Our Vacation Newport collection of inns includes Serenity Inn Newport, The Outlook Inn, Paws on Pelham and Town & Tide Inn.
Where are the inns located?
Our four inns are all located in historic downtown Newport. Enjoy fabulous dining, shopping, and attractions along the wharfs with easy access to many of Newport's wedding venues, like Castle Hill, Ocean Cliff, Rosecliff, the mansions and more.
Is breakfast included?
Yes! Breakfast is always included at all inns. We pride ourselves on our exceptional, complimentary breakfast service and have received rave reviews to boot. Our gourmet, homemade breakfast offerings rotate daily. Paws on Pelham serves convenient grab-and-go breakfasts for our active guests. Please let us know of any allergies and dietary restrictions and our innkeeper will truly delight you while accommodating your needs!
How many people can the inns sleep?
Our inns sleep between 26-36 guests at once and feature gathering areas such as the dining room at Serenity Inn Newport and the gardens at Town & Tide Inn.

Have you hosted weddings at the inns?
Yes! Our decorated outdoor pergola at Serenity Inn Newport makes for a sweet and truly romantic celebration. Our inns are also popular for bridal and wedding showers, engagement parties and much more.
Where can my guests park?
As you may imagine, parking in downtown Newport is notoriously difficult, especially in the warmer months. Fortunately, we have a limited number of off-street and reserved parking spaces. For each inn's specific parking information and restrictions, please call our Guest Services team.

East Island Reserve Hotel
Where is East Island Reserve Hotel located?
Our quaint vacation retreat is located on East Main Road in Middletown, Rhode Island, conveniently next door to the popular Newport Vineyards. The hotel consists of cozy and modern vacation rentals, ranging from suites to two-story cottages, with plush linens and modern furnishings.
What amenities are included?
The hotel provides kitchenware and cookware for cottages and rooms with kitchens, linens, toiletries and more for crafting your perfect stay. Property amenities include our seasonal saltwater pool, our Adirondack Room event space, and indulgences such as in-room spa services.
How many people can a room or cottage sleep?
We offer a variety of accommodations for various group sizes! The cottages can sleep up to four guests. Our lodge rooms sleep just two guests, while the suites sleep up to six guests. The two-bedroom guest houses have pull-out sofas and can sleep 4-6 guests.

Do you offer room blocks or buyouts?
Guests may reserve all 37 rooms for an exclusive group experience by calling our Guest Services team. Room blocks are available from Memorial Day through Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day for select lodging. Please call for more information.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! If Fido is participating in your special day, please let us know and we will recommend one of our select dog-friendly cottages, which accommodate up to four guests.

- Our accommodations are true to our photos! Our Lofts are bright and spacious, great for groups of friends and family who want to stay in close proximity to each other. Each vacation rental was individually designed with great attention to detail making them a perfect backdrop for photos.
- The value cannot be beat. Our multiple bedroom accommodations offer private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and enough living space to gather with friends and family. Host a brunch, hire a personal chef or lay out a buffet in one of our kitchens. Relax in our living rooms or soak up the sun on one of our many decks. Compared to a traditional hotel, we offer much more at a great rate.
